מדיניות זו מסבירה אילו פרטים אישיים נאספים באתר 123 אוטומציות, לשם מה הם משמשים, היכן הם נשמרים, ואילו זכויות עומדות לכם ביחס אליהם. אנחנו אוספים את המינימום ההכרחי כדי לחזור אליכם, ולא יותר מזה.

האתר אוסף פרטים אך ורק כאשר אתם בוחרים למלא את טופס יצירת הקשר. הפרטים הם:

עוגיות (Cookies)

האתר הזה אינו עושה שימוש בעוגיות כלל. לא עוגיות מעקב, לא עוגיות פרסום ולא עוגיות של צד שלישי. איננו מפעילים באתר כלי אנליטיקה או פיקסלים פרסומיים מכל סוג. מסיבה זו גם אין באתר חלונית בקשת הסכמה לעוגיות: אין למה להסכים.

שמירה מקומית בדפדפן

הדבר היחיד שנשמר בדפדפן שלכם הוא פריט אחד באחסון המקומי (lang123), ורק אם בחרתם באופן יזום להחליף שפה. תפקידו לזכור אם אתם מעדיפים עברית או אנגלית. הוא אינו מזהה אתכם, אינו נשלח לשרתינו, אינו משמש למעקב, וניתן למחיקה בכל רגע דרך הגדרות הדפדפן. מדובר בשמירת העדפה פונקציונלית בלבד, שאינה טעונה הסכמה.

האתר מוגש כולו בפרוטוקול מאובטח (HTTPS), הפניות מועברות בהצפנה, ובסיס הנתונים מוצפן במנוחה. הגישה לנתונים מוגבלת להרשאות המינימליות הנדרשות לתפעול.

Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data the 123 Automations website collects, why, where it is stored, and what rights you have over it. We collect the minimum needed to reply to you, and nothing more.

What we collect

Only when you choose to submit the contact form:

  • Your name
  • Business name (optional)
  • Email address and/or phone number
  • The topic you selected and the message you wrote
  • The originating IP address and browser details, for security and spam prevention

Cookies

This site sets no cookies at all — no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party cookies. There is no analytics and there are no advertising pixels. That is also why you will not see a cookie consent banner here: there is nothing to consent to.

Browser storage

The only thing stored in your browser is a single localStorage item (lang123), and only if you actively switch language. It remembers whether you prefer Hebrew or English. It does not identify you, is never sent to our servers, is not used for tracking, and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings. It is a functional preference and does not require consent.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent or pass your details to third parties for marketing, and we do not send unsolicited mail.

Where it is stored, and for how long

  • Enquiries are stored in a secured Amazon Web Services database in the Frankfurt (EU) region.
  • A notification is emailed to us via Amazon SES.
  • Each enquiry is automatically deleted two years after it is received, unless you became a client and the business relationship requires otherwise.

Third-party services

  • Amazon Web Services — hosting, storage and notification email.
  • Fonts — self-hosted on our own servers, not loaded from Google. Loading the site produces not a single request to any third-party server.
  • YouTube — one testimonial is hosted on YouTube. Its preview image is also served from our own storage, so no request reaches YouTube until you press play. On click we load the youtube-nocookie variant, and Google's privacy policy applies from that point on.
  • WhatsApp — the WhatsApp button hands you over to Meta's service, under their privacy policy.

Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS, submissions are encrypted in transit, and the database is encrypted at rest with least-privilege access.

Your rights
